Terms & Conditions

1. Workspace Usage

Costarthub provides shared workspaces, private cabins, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and related business support. Members must use the premises only for lawful business and professional purposes.

2. Payments & Billing

All membership fees, rent, meeting room charges, virtual office fees, taxes, and other service charges must be paid on or before the due date. GST and applicable taxes will be charged wherever required.

3. Security Deposit

Security deposit, if applicable, is refundable or adjustable as per the agreed membership terms, after clearing all dues, damages, and pending obligations.

4. Lock-in & Notice Period

Members must follow the agreed lock-in period and notice period. Early termination may attract charges as per the agreed plan.

5. Conduct Inside Premises

Members must maintain silence, cleanliness, professional behaviour, and respect other members. Smoking, alcohol, illegal activities, loud disturbance, or misuse of the space is not allowed.

6. Meeting Room & Amenities

Meeting room usage, printing, tea/coffee, parking, internet, and other amenities are subject to availability and the selected plan. Unused meeting credits may not be carried forward unless agreed.

7. Virtual Office

Virtual office address usage is valid only during the active agreement period. After expiry or non-renewal, the client must stop using Costarthub address in GST, MCA, bank, invoices, websites, and all official records.

8. Internet & IT Usage

Internet must be used responsibly. Any illegal downloads, hacking, misuse, or activities affecting network performance are strictly prohibited.

9. Damage & Liability

Members are responsible for any damage caused to furniture, equipment, cabin, meeting room, or common areas. Costarthub is not liable for personal belongings left unattended.

10. Changes to Terms

Costarthub may update these terms from time to time. Continued usage of the services means acceptance of the updated terms.
