These terms govern the use of Costarthub coworking space, website, and services. By accessing our services or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

1. Workspace Usage

Members may use the workspace only for lawful business activities. Activities that disturb other members or damage property are strictly prohibited.

2. Membership and Payments

• Membership plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made on time to maintain active access.
• Late payments may result in suspension of workspace access.

3. Workspace Conduct

Members must:

• Maintain professional behavior within the workspace
• Respect other members and shared facilities
• Follow building security and access policies

4. Property and Equipment

Members are responsible for maintaining the workspace and equipment provided. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence may be charged to the member.

5. Internet Usage

High-speed internet is provided as a convenience service. Members must not use the network for illegal activities or activities that may compromise security.

6. Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms must be booked through the provided booking system and used only for the reserved time slot.

7. Access and Security

Access to the coworking space may be provided through security systems, access cards, or other authentication methods. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their access credentials.

8. Liability

Costarthub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the coworking premises.

9. Termination

Costarthub reserves the right to terminate membership in case of violation of these terms or misuse of workspace facilities.
